Lifeenergy 1
Lifeenergy 1 is located just above the Adam’s apple and is activated by gently lifting the chin upward and forward. This opens up for vulnerability and connection to your own value. The throat, breath, and eyes respond naturally – with calmness, clarity, and presence.

Lifeenergy 2
Lifeenergy 2 sits in the solar plexus and is about vitality, relationships, and joy in motion. Type 2s love eye contact and easily connect with others. They shine in cooperation and creativity, feeling centered when flowing freely but lose energy if controlled.

Lifeenergy 3
Lifeenergy 3 is located at the top of the chest and activates by lifting the sternum and smiling broadly. Type 3s radiate strength, focus, and joy, cutting away what weighs them down like an invisible sword. They love simplicity and clarity, inspiring others with strong will and inner wisdom.

Lifeenergy 4
Lifeenergy 4 is three finger widths below the navel. Type 4s find balance through relaxed hips and shoulders, with a curious gaze. They are warm, passionate, and calm, helping others connect with their feelings and build deep, lasting relationships.

Lifeenergy 5
Lifeenergy 5 is located at the top of the head, extending down the neck. Type 5s activate their energy by lifting the head and stretching the neck, with clear, open eyes full of wonder. They receive intuitive information like a living antenna, connecting energy from head to feet. With a calm and open mind, they gain deep understanding, sharing ideas and insights with the world around them.

Lifeenergy 6
Lifeenergy 6 is located at the center of the chest, near the heart and thymus. It’s activated by opening the chest forward with open hands. When active, warmth and power fill the body. Type 6s radiate love and confidence, guiding others with a strong sense of right and wrong.

Lifeenergy 7
Lifeenergy 7 is located between and just above the eyebrows, at the pineal gland—known as the third eye. It’s activated by slightly pulling the chin back, releasing the forehead forward, and keeping the body upright with a relaxed neck. Type 7s use this energy to visualize, explore possibilities, and imagine. Their energy often projects outward like a horn from the forehead, which can feel intense to others. When turned inward, it opens the door to deep intuition and collective consciousness.

Lifeenergy 8 is located at the sacrum, pelvis, and genitals. It’s activated by tilting the pelvis down, straightening the back, and standing firmly with relaxed determination. Type 8s radiate grounded strength and integrity. They take responsibility, act first in crises, and provide calm security. Their body is a compass that always knows what’s right.

Lifeenergy 9 is located between the shoulder blades, around thoracic vertebrae 2–8, thymus, and lungs. To activate it, lower your arms, rotate your shoulders outward, and let your chest expand with your breath. The body breathes freely, and energy spreads throughout. Type 9s are honest, open, and inclusive. They have great tolerance for different people and environments, striving for wholeness and equality. Independence and freedom matter most, preferring spontaneity over strict plans.

2000
I GOT ROBBED!

Fun fact: My business partners robbed me and then sued me. Dumbfounded and afraid of the court, I could hardly speak. In the end, I was able to win, but I lost all trust in people and business for a long time. At 35, I was $300,00 in debt, depressed and confused. Fortunately, my love for business moved me to become a certified professional coach.

2005

CERTIFIED COACH IN 2005

I completed a three-year training program with the Coaches Training Institute in California, getting my certification and trained to be a leadership coach

2009

I HIT A CAR AND GOT A MESSAGE

Fun fact: I hit a car while on my bicycle (full frontal) at 50 km per hour! Naturally, I went flying – via the windshield, over the car and landed fifteen meters down the street. I walked out of the hospital later without a scratch. While in the air, I got a message: “Leave the confusing training program in the US, and learn from your own body in nature.

2023

A NEW BEGINNING

The 9 Livsenergier book has been translated into English and revised. Much of the teaching in the book can be found on tis website. I am growing a new team to make sure that 9 Life Energy method is on its way into the world. I am excited for you to join the adventure.
