Embracing Nature and Life Energy: My Journey into Technology Detox
Today, I want to share something special with you before I take a break. Soon, I will enter a period of what I call technology detox – a time when I completely disconnect from all things electronic. I have an old phone with a different number that Leon (my son), who is closest to me, can use if he needs anything. He’s grown into a young man of 22, so he usually manages well when I delve deep into my explorations. He’s grown up with this and will join this year’s July retreat in the forest. So if you’re there, you’ll meet an independent guy with Lifeenergy 5.
This break isn’t a vacation, but an opportunity to truly unwind and return to the simple life. I look forward to sharing my journey on the first Wednesday of August. I’ll tell you how my body, mind, and life energy have responded, and the experiences I’ve had along the way.
The outcome I seek is to discover how my LIFEENERGY can become even more prominent. It’s going to be very exciting because I believe that your Lifeenergy is your Superpower.
We’re also organizing 3 retreats in the forest this summer and autumn. If you choose to join us, it’ll be a fantastic opportunity to set aside your phone and truly connect with nature and your life energy for three full days.
P.S. Our latest website in English contains all the upcoming gatherings: https://9lifeenergies.com
*Technology detox = Nomophobia (short for “no mobile phobia”) is a term for the fear or anxiety that arises when one does not have a functioning mobile phone. It has been considered a symptom or syndrome of problematic use of digital media within mental health, where definitions are not standardized due to technical and genetic reasons.
I hope you all have a wonderful summer, filled with peace, reflection, and new experiences. See you in a few weeks!
