2000
I GOT ROBBED!
Fun fact: My business partners robbed me and then sued me. Dumbfounded and afraid of the court, I could hardly speak. In the end, I was able to win, but I lost all trust in people and business for a long time. At 35, I was $300,00 in debt, depressed and confused. Fortunately, my love for business moved me to become a certified professional coach.
2002
ANGER WAS NOT THE ANSWER
Fun fact: I did not want to be an angry dad, so I decided to pay down my debt, change my life and study coaching, leadership and the physical understanding of The Enneagram in the US. Leon was still in the stomach of his mother when I attended the first retreat in 2002. This took me back and forth to the US for 8 years, using 100.000 dollars on my personal development.
2005
Certified Coach in 2005
I completed a three-year training program with the Coaches Training Institute in California, getting my certification and trained to be a leadership coach.
2009
I HIT A CAR AND GOT A MESSAGE
Fun fact: I hit a car while on my bicycle (full frontal) at 50 km per hour! Naturally, I went flying – via the windshield, over the car and landed fifteen meters down the street. I walked out of the hospital later without a scratch. While in the air, I got a message: “Leave the confusing training program in the US, and learn from your own body in nature.
2010
MOVING INTO THE WOODS
Fun fact: The message pointed towards nature, so I moved into the woods and spent 1500 consecutive days there meditating, moving through the nine postures for two to three hours per day realigning myself. This was the foundation for Ennead, the organization created before 9 Lifeenergies.
2014
A LIVING ART-INSTALLATION ON THE MOUNTAIN?
Fun fact: I could not sit still, so I joined an art installation and sat on a mountain ledge for a week. The mountain taught me the wonders of sitting still and doing nothing. People interested in this living conceptual art installation, participated by bringing food to me. That was the only food I ate. Newspapers and TV stations came to report on the endeavor, and in the end 200 people visited me.
2020
MY LIFE'S MISSION
Fun fact: Searching for a new vision, was to take a month long, solo bike tour from Lyon, France over the Pyrenees into Spain, and down to Santiago De Compostela, following the pilgrim route. The new vision was, to write the book 9 Life Energies with the 9 steps for transformation, teach online classes in English, and create international retreats. It was the best thirty days of my life!
2022
CALL TO ADVENTURE
Fun fact: Up to this point most of my teaching had been in Norwegian. After the last retreat in Mallorca with my US collaborator, Paolo Scoglio, the steps for teaching transformation manifested and we certified our first trainee in life energy identification. New ideas continue to arrive. A revised edition of the book in English is in process and an international website is launching to enroll more students. Our motto: An inspirational, joyful and magical adventure.
2023
A NEW BEGINNING
The new edition of 9 Life energies is translated and the teachings can be found on this website. We are growing a new team to make certain this method is on its way into the world. I am so excited for you to join the adventure. The first international retreat was held in Mallorca (link) and the next health retreat is planned for Iceland (read more here) Now what about you?
